Thank you for this 30 days healthy eating I’ve seen where it has done me justice and I will continue with it. When i started i was 100.4kg and know I’m 97kg. My sleeping pattern was bad know it’s much better i can sleep throughout the night. This as inspired me alot and i can’t wait to see more results in months to come.
